Schedule Weekly Hours:

Gundersen Health System is seeking a RN, Hospice Care Coordinator to work casual/on-call.  This is your opportunity to do the work you love in the beautiful Coulee region.

What you will do:

• No guaranteed hours, pick up shifts when you are available

• 8 and 12-hour Day, PM, holiday, and weekend shifts

• Provide compassionate care to families and patients through end-of-life transitions within a 50-mile radius of La Crosse, WI

• Work with a multidisciplinary team consisting of nurses, social workers, chaplains, bereavement coordinators and hospice aides

What you need:

• Associate Degree in Nursing

• Minimum of 3 years RN experience

• RN licensure to practice in the state of Wisconsin upon hire

• RN licensure to practice in the state of Minnesota within 3 months of hire
