Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented intern to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the successful execution of our tendering and commercial activities
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, assess risks, and inform strategic decision-making related to tendering and commercial activities.
- Prepare insightful reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint to communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

- Invoicing:
- Invoicing clients promptly and accurately.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance:
- Ensure strict adherence to all company policies and procedures related to TTC processes, including ethical guidelines and legal requirements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of commercial processes and procedures.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, report generation, and presentations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
