The Private Label Program Management team needs an organized, analytical, and results oriented team member to assist us at various stages of the new product launch and product management process.
Core Responsibilities: • Participate in any key processes during the Product Lifecycle Management Processes as needed by the PMO team. Review and update any required Vendor setup documents- Team members interact with manufacturers to obtain missing data or correct inaccurate data so that our product launch processes are not delayed. • Review and update project plans and meeting notes as needed – This may include direct updates to project plans and tracking and follow-ups of actions. • Assist with Quality and Regulatory Processes – Quality, Regulatory, and PMO teams must be updated and communicated with throughout the product launch and product discontinuation process, leveraging Master Control processes. • Assist with Risk escalation logs and documentation – Team members track inquiries and escalations and ensure that they are reviewed with the necessary parties. •
