About the Role
An internship to provide analytics, implement promotion plan and efficient administrative support on daily operation to the Agency Communication and Events department that contribute to the achievement of Agency business targets.Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide timely, accurate and adequate departmental operations and administrative support.
- Participate in company/agency events/special task force/projects in regard to agency business development’s initiatives, business/agency related events, etc.
- Support business projection, performance tracking and analytic
- Prepare performance and project progress reports for management review
- Ensure the reports in correct format within time frames to enable effective decision making
- Work with internal departments to collect data
- Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager to meet business requirements
- Support event’s operations (e.g. research vendor, venue, catering, decorators) and choose the best combination of quality and cost
Minimum Job Requirements:
- University students major in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, Accounting, Finance, Actuarial Science, Mathematics or Statistics.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Passionate to explore the insurance business
- A good teammate, hardworking and pursue for excellence
- Comfort with data crunching to be able to analyze campaign performance and manage budget, proven understanding on MS Excel preferable
- Proactive, independent and detail minded with strong interpersonal skill
- Multi-tasked, resourceful and self-motivated in seeing projects through and possess a strong sense of ownership and hardworking to marketing and communication
