Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and verifying Fixed Assets data from various sources.
- Perform data clean-up and reconciliation to ensure consistency between RWM Division, Group Finance and Procurement’s team records.
- Identify discrepancies and support corrective actions in coordination with relevant teams.
- Update and organize fixed assets records to enhance accuracy and accessibility.
- Assist in updating and maintaining documentation in the Knowledge Portal of RWM.
- Ensure proper categorization of data in Shared Drive for easy retrieval of theteam
- Support the team in other data-related tasks as needed.
Requirements / Qualifications
- 2nd year or Final year University student who are currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with different departments.
