Exciting Opportunity Alert! PRN LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Needed

We’re looking for a dynamic, caring, and adaptable PRN LPN to join our team! In this role, you’ll play an essential part in ensuring that our residents receive top-notch care in a warm, supportive, and vibrant environment. You’ll be leading the charge in everything from managing nursing assistants to collaborating with doctors, and keeping all procedures running smoothly.

You’ll wear many hats, from overseeing nursing staff to working directly with residents, and your flexibility and enthusiasm will be key in making this position a success!

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire our amazing nursing assistants, ensuring everyone follows best practices, protocols, and stays aligned with facility policies.
  • Documentation: Be on top of charting, keeping accurate and up-to-date medical records for residents, and assisting with doctor orders and medication management.
  • Collaborate with Care Teams: Work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure residents’ care plans are on point, while providing timely updates to families and physicians when needed.
  • Training and Development: Get involved in staff development, participating in fun in-service trainings, and helping team members grow their skills.
  • Resident Care: Play a crucial role in direct care for residents—whether it's administering medications, assisting with treatments, or providing compassionate support when needed.

Summary of Benefits

We are proud to offer our staff low monthly premium payments for employees and dependents will be as follows:
