Are you passionate about helping others live their best lives through movement and rehabilitation? We’re looking for a dynamic, compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team! In this exciting role, you'll work hand-in-hand with our incredible Physical Therapists, guiding patients toward recovery with meaningful treatment plans and hands-on care. Your role is essential to making sure our patients achieve their full potential and live healthier, happier lives.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Work with Purpose: Assist in delivering effective treatments as directed by the Physical Therapist, helping patients regain mobility and strength.
• Track and Celebrate Progress: Record daily treatment notes and weekly progress reports, and ensure everything is documented according to PT board standards.
• Collaboration is Key: Participate in engaging Patient Care and Rehabilitation Conferences, helping to create personalized care plans.
• Keep Things Running Smoothly: Assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment area while ensuring equipment is in tip-top shape.
• Train and Inspire: Assist in training Restorative Aides, and provide families and nursing staff with valuable training for patient care at home after discharge.
• Communication Rockstar: Work closely with the rest of our amazing healthcare team, communicating patient progress and care plans.
• Learn and Grow: Participate in educational in-service training programs and stay ahead of the latest industry practices.

What We're Looking For:

• A License to Make a Difference: You’re a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) with a passion for patient care.
• Tech Savvy: You’ve got great computer skills (Casamba and Point Click Care are a plus) and are comfortable using technology to track progress.
• Fantastic Communication: You know how to talk to patients, families, and team members in a friendly, clear, and effective way.
• Problem Solver: You’re great at thinking on your feet, solving practical challenges, and interpreting instructions in a variety of formats.

Physical Demands: You’ll be on your feet and active—standing, walking, and helping patients move. Occasionally, you’ll lift or exert force, but we’re confident that you’ve got what it takes! Your flexibility and ability to navigate various physical tasks will be key to your success in this role.

Summary of Benefits

We are proud to offer our staff low monthly premium payments for employees and dependents will be as follows:

Generous paid time off for vacation accruing at 4 hours a month, 48 FT or 40 PT annually recurring sick day hours prorated based on hire date, and 7 paid Holidays each year.

Pay: $38.00-$40.00 per hour depending on experience and education.
