Key Responsibilities:

• Personalized Care: Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and dental care. Make sure residents are always comfortable, clean, and dry.
• Assist with Activities: Help residents with meals, answer their calls, and ensure their comfort throughout the shift.
• Encourage Independence: Assist with mobility, moving, positioning, and helping residents with various tasks.
• Keep it Fun: Help residents feel at ease by creating a positive atmosphere and participating in lighthearted conversations and activities.
• Collaborate: Work closely with nursing staff to ensure residents' needs are met, and report any changes in their condition.

Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a passion for providing exceptional care.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Strong communication skills to connect with residents, families, and staff.
• Ability to stay organized and handle various tasks with care and attention.

Physical Demands: You’ll stay active while providing care, from assisting with moving residents to ensuring their comfort. The role requires some lifting and the ability to move freely, all while maintaining a focus on the needs of the residents.

Summary of Benefits

Generous paid time off for vacation accruing at 4 hours a month, 48 FT or 40 PT annually recurring sick day hours prorated based on hire date, and 7 paid Holidays each year.

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour depending on experience and education.
