Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
• Monitor resident health and provide timely updates to physicians and families
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies

Qualifications:

✔️ Active RN license in the state of California
✔️ Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
✔️ Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills
✔️ Passion for providing compassionate, resident-centered care
✔️ Flexibility to work varied shifts as needed
