The internship will serve on the ACM team

The functions to be performed corresponding to the offered internship are :

Support the Iberica ACM (Acute Care & Monitoring) marketing team with help in the following functions:

  • Congress coordination: Manage event requests with the Event Learning Management department, coordinate material shipments, maintain communication with technical secretariats, and handle suppliers for stands and event materials.
  • Foundation relations: Assist in managing sponsorship and grant requests through ELM, ensuring seamless communication between delegates and foundations.
  • Operational analysis: Prepare and present daily back order reports using Excel and SAP, contributing to efficient inventory management. Market data search, trend report, share and penetration of the ACM portfolio.
  • Study of the month: Draft monthly communications of studies and prepare internal communications to share key findings and updates.
  • Translation and material adaptation: Translate technical datasheets, presentations, and communications to ensure proper adaptation to the local market.
  • Assist with manual assignments (PRDLOC) in urgent cases, ensuring smooth operations without disruptions.
  • Marketing support: Handle promotional material inventory, assist with material procurement, and manage the marketing warehouse.
  • Quarterly newsletter creation: Gather information, draft content, design, and coordinate with agencies for the final artwork production of the quarterly newsletter.
  • Internal marketing meeting preparation support or product launch.

Minimum requirements:

  • High level of English (Reading: Level C1) / Writing: Level C1 / Conversation: Level C1)
  • Office (Advanced): Word, Excel and Power Point & PBI (dashboards).
  • Familiarized with scientific language and the search of scientific literature on the internet.

Previous experience: Not required

Minimum Studies: Degree

Type of Degree:

  • Marketing
  • Health Sciences (Pharmacy, Biology, Veterinary)

  • Proactivity.

Additional Information:

  • Internship agreement with university / business school needed
  • Duration: 12 months average (max. 18 months)
  • Full time
  • Schedule: flexible 7:30-10:00 to 16:00-18:30. Fridays and summer months intensive day
  • Office onsite: minimum 2 days/week
  • Study allowance €900 gross/month + Meal allowance (Ticket restaurant)
