Pay is DOE: $19 - $23

Palm Valley Post Acute, located in Goodyear, AZ is a 175 bed skilled/LTC facility with semi-private and private rooms. We have a skilled unit, a long-term care unit, a dementia unit, and a behavioral unit to offer an appropriate setting for our residents.

Shifts: PART TIME/PRN

6am-2pm Morning Shift

2pm-10pm Evening Shift

10pm-6am NOC Shift

Requirements:

Arizona CNA license

Level one Fingerprint card

CPR

Job Duties:

Assist residents with activities of daily living, activities, and socialization

Documenting care provided

Obtaining and recording vital signs

Identifying and communicating changes with nursing

Anticipating a safe and caring living environment

Providing respect and dignity to our residents
