Responsibilities:

• Provide and coordinate nursing care for residents
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor resident health, document changes, and update care plans
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure quality outcomes
• Support residents and families with empathy and professionalism
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies

Requirements:

• Valid RN license
• Strong clinical, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Experience in long-term care or a similar healthcare setting is a plus
