Overview

As a Structuring Intern, the candidate will work closely with the Structuring Team to prepare proposals for clients, credit memos for internal discussions and engage control functions during deal approval processes.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare derivatives and financing proposals for clients;
  • Liaise with control functions including compliance, finance, AFC, etc. for deal approval process;
  • Populate and monitor blotter system with PnL for closed transactions;
  • Prepare Credit Memo for discussion during internal credit committees.

Skills You’ll Need

  • Currently pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics or Engineering;
  • Bachelor’s degree completion: June 2026 or later;
  • Fluent English;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with focus in Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Previous banking experience is recommended but not necessary;
  • Attention to detail and eagerness to learn about financial markets/concepts.

Skills That Will Help You Excel

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken;
  • CPA-20 certified;
  • Self-starter with curiosity to learn and capacity to understand financial concepts;
  • Quick learner.
  • Analytical thinking.
