Help us get ahead of disease together with our Investigation & Process Improvement team!
Education required: BS degree in management engineering.
Other requirements:
Universitary experience in leading multidisciplinary teams on process improvement;
Ability to build relationships and influence others;
Experience in data analysis.
Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in Italian and English
Expected Start date: April/May 2025
Internship period: 6 months

What will you do?
Work with Site Managers and CI Community to set and implement the CI strategy for production
Works autonomously to clarify problems and align people to solve those problems at all levels of the organization.
Work with aligned team to solve problems together and build continuous improvement capability
Actively measures the growth of continuous improvement capability with their aligned team
Engage and inspire the leadership teams to set challenging targets and provide tools and methodologies to assist them in the delivery of their objectives
Contribute to the development and use of relevant business performance indicators
Become expert in LEAN Six Sigma principles
Lead and drive a culture of continuous improvement and ensure best practices/knowledge sharing, effective collaborative working, and synergies across the manufacturing group
What will you learn? (Optional/Compulsory for SG)
data extraction from corporate systems and trend execution;
participation in governance meetings;
preparation of presentations for governance meetings;
collaboration in the implementation of the performance management system in the production areas.
