L'obiettivo principale sarà quello di contribuire a progetti volti a migliorare la collaborazione, il benessere e la produttività dei dipendenti tramite l’ambiente di lavoro.

Le principali attività includeranno:

• Analisi delle tendenze del workplace e dei comportamenti dei dipendenti
• Partecipazione a studi sull'utilizzo degli spazi e valutazioni dell'occupazione
• Sviluppo di soluzioni innovative per i clienti
• Preparazione di presentazioni per gli stakeholder
• Collaborazione con team multidisciplinari
• Utilizzo di strumenti avanzati per l'analisi degli ambienti di lavoro

Requisiti:

• Laurea in Architettura, Design
• Solide capacità analitiche e di gestione dei dati
• Interesse per le dinamiche organizzative
• Attitudine al lavoro di squadra
• Buone capacità comunicative
• Conoscenza avanzata di Autocad e Pacchetto office
• Conoscenza della lingua inglese
