What You’ll Do:

Evaluate & Treat Patients – Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans to enhance mobility and independence.
Collaborate & Lead – Work closely with nurses, caregivers, and PTAs to deliver high-quality therapy services.
Educate & Support – Train caregivers, staff, and families to ensure long-term success beyond therapy sessions.
Plan for Success – Participate in care planning and discharge coordination to support smooth transitions.
Maintain Compliance – Ensure accurate documentation that supports quality care and reimbursement.

What You Bring:

Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor’s required, Master’s or Doctorate preferred).
Strong Communication & Organizational Skills – Ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Comfortable using computers – Experience with programs like Casamba and Point Click Care is a plus.
Passion for Patient Care – A commitment to making a difference in residents' lives.
