Education required: Master degree in Management Engineering (preferred); or Master degree in Scientific field.
Preferred requirements:
knowledge of Pharmaceutical field;
scientific mindset;
short experience as a Business Analyst or in similar roles
Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in English
Expected Start date: April/May 2025
Internship period: 6 months + 6 months

What will you do?
Requirement Gathering & Analysis - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs. Conduct gap analysis and run feasibility tests. Document and validate functional requirements. Analyze business workflows and recommend process implementations and simplifications. Support change management and adoption of new processes.
Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration - Act as a liaison between GVGH teams, and other GSK departments. Conduct stakeholder meetings and facilitate discussions. Ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
Data Analysis & Reporting - Collect and analyze data to support decision-making. Develop reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Utilize data visualization tools for clear insights.
Project Management & Implementation Support - Assist in project resource planning, execution, and tracking. Work with functions to ensure successful implementation. Support testing and deployment activities.

environment, and will offer the opportunity to work with Global Health experienced professionals and make significant contribution in the management of the Program Management processes.
What are we looking for?
The Business Analyst (BA) will be responsible for analyzing business and its needs, identifying opportunities for process and data improvement, and ensuring that solutions align with business. BA will work as a bridge between internal stakeholders, business units, and technical teams to enhance data, processes, systems, and outcomes.
Appetite to work as a business partner, building strong relationships with key stakeholders
Bring and enhance a structured approach, creative thinking and innovation to the team and being willing to share and explore new tools/ways of working to increase the effectiveness of the Program Management processes and ensure excellence in delivering customer needs.
Good project management skills
Experience with PM analysis platforms and trong proficiency in data analysis and reporting (e.g., MSproject, Planisware, Visio, Smartsheet, Excel, Power BI).
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple stakeholders.
