Location: Mountain View Post Acute
Pay Range: $40 - $47 per hour
Shift differentials available on Evenings and Nights
As an LPN at Mountain View Post Acute, you will work under the supervision of our Director of Nursing and physicians to provide compassionate care to residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments to patients as prescribed.
Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes to the nursing team.
Assist with the development and implementation of care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.JOB IS FROM: nursingjobs.siteVIEW
Educate patients and their families about health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation according to facility standards.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and infection control policies.
Supervise and mentor nursing assistants to ensure the highest standards of care.
Qualifications:
Current LPN license in Washington State required.
LPN experience in a skilled nursing facility or healthcare setting preferred.
Ability to perform nursing procedures and assessments with accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.
Compassionate and patient, with a commitment to providing high-quality care.
CPR and First Aid certification required.
