Job Description
Reports to: Director of Nursing
Full Wage Range: $49-$60/hr DOE and Seniority
Shift differentials avail $2/$3hr for Eve/NOC shifts
As an RN at Mountain View Post Acute, you will provide high-quality care to residents, manage nursing staff, and ensure that our facility maintains the highest standards of healthcare. This is a great opportunity for an experienced nurse looking to make a real difference in the lives of others.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Supervise, mentor, and train nursing staff, ensuring they follow proper protocols and provide excellent care.
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed and monitor for effectiveness and side effects.
Monitor patient progress, document observations, and report significant changes to physicians and family members.
Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families to enhance their understanding of healthcare needs.
Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and infection control policies.
Qualifications:
Active RN license in Washington State is required.
Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility
