Role and Responsibilities

This team within Samsung's Customer Care focuses on building and optimizing the company's service network. This involves recruiting and managing strategic partners, such as branded engineers, to ensure efficient and high-quality customer service across various product lines, including TVs and home appliances. Interns can expect to work on projects related to expanding the branded engineer program, analyzing service network data to identify and address coverage gaps and service quality issues, this may involve tasks like and developing and implementing strategies to improve overall service network performance, and assisting with the on-boarding of new service partners.  Additonally, this person will help design, map, and support automation launches of new B2BVD portal and integration within the CE CARE portal.

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications:

• Academic Major Preferred (Undergrad and Masters) Major in Business, Statistics, Industrial engineering or similar areas of study preferred.

• Exceptional skills in Microsoft Office, including Project, PowerPoint and Word required

• Proficiency in data analysis tools like excel and business intelligence platforms like tableau or BI

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Analytic skills to evaluate information from a variety of sources

• Ability to effectively engage with and facilitate collaboration with diverse groups/stakeholders

• Self-directed, self-motivated and results-oriented
