This position will be responsible to work with Customer Care Manager to implement Customer caring via PRURewards programs, communication and other customer caring activities, contribute in company growth in customer satisfaction.

The intern will be responsible to support manager in customer care projects, including process improvements, system change initiatives, event planning, and engagement campaigns. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, technology, and digitalization projects within a dynamic and customer-focused environment:

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of customer care projects, such as process improvements and system change initiatives.
  • Coordinate and support the organization of customer engagement events and campaigns to enhance customer experience.
  • Prepare project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and presentations.
  • Provide administrative support to the Customer Care team as needed.
