This RN Supervisor will be responsible for daily clinic operations and staff of the North Muskegon GI office, which is composed of two physicians, 2 APPs, 2 LPNs, 2 MAs, and two procedure schedulers.
At the North Muskegon endoscopy suite, there are ten RNs. We have various specialties that rotate through the endo suite (colorectal, bariatrics, GI). This RN Supervisor will be direct leader of the RNs who work there as well as the operations of the endo suite/block schedule.
This is a unique role in that it oversees both office and procedural. It is a great growth opportunity as it opens doors on both sides for growth, procedural leadership roles or office leadership roles.
Scope of work
Directs the activities of clinical staff within assigned area and ensures the delivery of efficient, smooth patient flow and patient satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BN) Required.
- MI Registered Nurse (RN) Required.
- AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) Required.
