Job Summary
The Project Coordinator is responsible for the non-scientific coordination of one or more research programs to fulfill its administrative, financial, regulatory, and contractual obligations. Coordinates people and processes across multiple institutions and stakeholders to ensure that projects within a research program are delivered on time and produce the desired results. Pay Range
Minimum $31.85 Midpoint $42.21 Maximum $52.55Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.
Experience
Required: Minimum two years of experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams/project management. Minimum two years of experience with budget creation and management.
Preferred: Four or more years of experience in education or research program coordination. Four or more years of experience with budget creation and management. Track record of research protocol and grant writing. Experience in a healthcare setting.
Education
Required: Undergraduate degree, or equivalent experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
Preferred: Master’s degree or Ph.D.

Specialized Skills
Required: Exercises discretion and independent judgment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with online collaboration tools and file sharing (Microsoft Team). Strong organization, project management, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills utilizing tact and diplomacy.
• Preferred: Website design/management skills. Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of how to develop and implement multi-institutional research programs. Advanced writing skills and experience in preparation of reports.
Licensure

Preferred: Project Management certification.
