Job Description

Role title:  Registered Nurse (Year 1 - 8) 

Role type:  Max term contract part time (24 hours per week until Jan 2026) 

Department and location:  Xavier 7 North, St Vincent’s Hospital, Darlinghurst 

Salary:  $72,152.53 - $101,299.48 + super (pro-rata)

About the role 

• Xavier 7 North is a 26-bed acute medical/surgical ward. 

• Specialising in Neuroscience, stroke, vascular and surgical. 

• 6 bed Acute Stroke unit with cardiac monitoring and nurse ratio 3:1. 

• Develop vigorous, pertinent, and sensitive nursing skill in a supportive team environment. 

• Free scrubs uniform. 

About you 

• Demonstrated clinical skills in an acute medical/surgical setting. 

• Dedication and passion for providing compassionate patient care.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team. 

• Currently registered as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Australian Health Professionals Regulation Agency.

In this role you will be based at St Vincent’s hospital, Darlinghurst.
