The A&E lending Team in Luxembourg has been supporting structuring Lenders across the Global entity for many years and has now developed to an important booking hub which can offer lending against a huge diversity of asset classes is several jurisdictions.
An internship in the A&E department will allow you to support the A&E Lending Officers in charge of the DB Lux Booking center in their structuring, operational and administrative DB Lux booking center related needs.
Responsibilities
Assisting all PB (EMEA) LAE LOs, sourcing LOs and RM in all their credit-related needs, i.e.:
- Coordinate approval implementation with Risk Management, follow up on credit approval conditions and ensure timely closing of Credit Report Reviews and other related credit requirements / conditions
- Support finalising and signing of all the relevant documentation, in liaison with Legal
- Support the A&E Lending Team in Luxembourg to ensure smooth and organized problem loan / workout management
- Support the team heads to optimize team’s efficiency, effectiveness and knowledge / skills
- Participate to key projects of the Lending function and to support the Lending COO Team with their requests, including performing assessments of the loan book, produce relevant documentation for the management, promoting automatising tasks
Skills
Looking for a motivated, skilled, and diligent person to join our Team for 6 months.
Being Fluent in English is a must, additional French skills would be beneficial.
The successful candidate will be asked to present a recent criminal record.
