Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of nursing care within the facility, ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents.
• Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff, providing direction and fostering a positive, collaborative team environment.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures that comply with state regulations and facility standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to create and maintain care plans that promote resident well-being.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure quality care and performance metrics are met.
• Maintain and improve the facility’s reputation for excellent patient care.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state.
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within long-term care.
• Strong understanding of federal and state regulations governing long-term care.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Passion for improving the lives of residents and supporting staff development.
