Job Summary:

Location: Methodist Jennie Edmundson Hospital
Address: 933 E Pierce St, Council Bluffs, IA

Work Schedule: Casual position - varied hours Monday -Friday with some on-call hours associated with this position during the week and weekends.

Performs and assists with multi-modality neurodiagnostic testing.

Responsibilities:

Education

  • Successful completion from an accredited medical certification program (ie CNA, Med Tec, etc.) or previous EEG experience required.


Experience

  • Clinical experience (student and/or professional) with multi-modality neurodiagnostic testing preferred. 


License/Certifications

  • Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) strongly preferred at time of hire, required within 3 months of hire.


Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

  • Ability to effectively communicate and interact with patients and family members as well as hospital personnel and coworkers required.
  • Ability to effectively organize work in order to perform several tasks at once required.
  • Computer skills required.
