Job Summary
The Executive Search Partner is a senior-level recruitment specialist responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing top executive talent for the organization. This role focuses on sourcing, assessing, and hiring C-suite and senior leadership candidates, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and culture. The position requires expertise in executive search methodologies, networking, and relationship-building to attract high-caliber professionals.
Responsibilities
The duties include, but are not limited to:
EXECUTIVE SEARCH STRATEGY: Develop and execute executive search strategies to attract and recruit top-tier leadership talent for critical roles within the organization.
PROACTIVE SOURCING & MARKET INTELLIGENCE: Leverage deep market insights, competitive intelligence, and industry trends to identify and engage with high-potential executive candidates.
CANDIDATE RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: Build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level candidates, ensuring a high-touch, personalized recruitment experience. Participate with candidate interviews and candidate campus visits.
STAKEHOLDER COLLABORATION: Partner with senior executives, search committee members, and hiring managers to understand leadership needs and develop tailored hiring strategies.
ASSESSMENT & SELECTION: Conduct in-depth candidate evaluations, leveraging competency-based interviews, and executive reference checks.
EXECUTIVE RECRUITMENT BRANDING: Enhance the company's executive employer brand through targeted recruitment campaigns and leadership networking.
RECRUITMENT METRICS & REPORTING: Track and analyze key executive hiring metrics, optimizing search processes and improving time-to-fill for critical roles.
PARTNERSHIP WITH EXTERNAL SEARCH FIRMS: When necessary, manage relationships with retained executive search firms and consultants to enhance executive hiring capabilities.
CONFIDENTIAL & HIGH-STAKES HIRING: Handle sensitive executive search processes with discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
OTHER: Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with a minimum of five years of experience in executive recruiting, talent acquisition, or executive search, with a proven ability to place C-suite and senior-level leaders. Strong experience in executive sourcing methodologies, talent mapping, and networking with senior professionals.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
SHRM or HRCI Certification

Shift/Salary/Benefits
Shift: Days; Monday - Friday (work outside of the normal business hours will likely be required of an employee in an exempt level position)
Pay Band: B12
Salary Minimum: $62,300.00/year
Salary to be commensurate with qualifications of the selected candidate within the established range (generally minimum-midpoint) of the position
