1.協助加速訓練與發展部門數據分析平台和內容數位化開發2.負責1-2個RPA和Tableau專案，以加速全球訓練執行與成效分析
3.與外部和內部專家合作，有效地將關鍵學習內容進行數位化
1. Assist in accelerating the development of LLD analytics and digital infrastructure.
2. Implement 1-2 RPA and Tableau projects to expedite the realization of global LLD analytics.
3. Collaborate with external and internal experts to effectively digitalize critical learning content.

Requirements
1.主修MBA、人力資源管理、資訊管理系統或相關領域研究生，具備RPA和Tableau開發及應用的專業知識。2.具有團隊合作精神，積極主動，責任心強。
1. Graduate student majoring in MBA, HRM, MIS, or related fields with expertise in RPA and Tableau development and application.
2. Team player with a proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
