我們正在尋找一位積極主動的暑期實習生加入我們的人力資源分析與平台團隊。實習生將參與各種商業數據平台項目，包括庫存管理、視圖創建和機器學習試點項目。此外，實習生將協助進行機器人流程自動化（RPA）開發，並處理與人力資源相關的數據任務。 實習生還將處理與人力資源相關的數據任務，如員工流失預估、晉升數據集和培訓材料整合，以便理解領域專家的知識。

We are seeking a motivated Summer Intern to join our People Analytics and Platform team. The intern will be involved in various Business Data Platform projects including inventory management, view creation, and machine learning pilot programs. Additionally, the intern will assist in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development and handle HR-related data tasks.
The intern will also work on HR-related data tasks such as turnover estimation, promotion data set, and training materials consolidation, for the purpose of understand domain expertise.
