1.透過創新思維，策劃和實施全球實習生活動，並深化實習生對企業文化的認識與融入及職場體驗。2.透過既有數據資料進行統整分析，以提供招募部門行動方案建議
1. Plan and implement HQ & global internship events with innovative thinking to deepen interns' understanding of MediaTek's culture, and providing a positive working experience.
2.Conduct data analysis to provide recommendations for action taking.

Requirements
1. 熟悉Office系統之應用操作2. 特質：細心、負責與創意
3. 具文字編輯、美編與社群經營經驗者佳
4. 科系：人資、企管等相關科系大四以上學生
5. 上班時間：一周5天(可彈性配合部門之時間調整)
• Familiar with MS Office
• Personality－Detail-oriented, responsible, and creative
• Previous experience in copy edit, graphic design and social media edit is preferred.
• Senior in the university or graduate student with major in HR and Business Administration related is preferred.
• Working days: 5 days a week, the working hours are adjustable with work needs.
