About the Role
• Scrub/Scout for angiography, electrophysiology, and interventional radiology procedures, ensuring high standards of patient care and safety
• Anaesthetic nurse experience is highly desirable to support comprehensive procedural care
• Provide exceptional pre and post-procedure care, ensuring patient comfort and well-being throughout the process
• Participate in on-call duties once competencies are completed, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to patient care
• Uphold and assist in maintaining nursing standards of practice, contributing to a high-quality clinical environment
• Assist with the smooth and efficient operation of the angiography suite, including monitoring and ensuring the availability of necessary supplies and equipment
About You
• Registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse
• Strong theoretical knowledge combined with excellent technical, practical, and communication skills
• Demonstrated experience in Angiography and/or Theatre Scrub as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience in a clinical setting
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, busy environment while maintaining a high standard of care
• Knowledge of and active participation in Quality Improvement processes
• Familiarity with relevant legislation and a commitment to practising within the legal framework
• A strong willingness to promote Mater’s Core Values in all aspects of nursing care
• Highly motivated, organised, and able to manage competing priorities efficiently
• A postgraduate qualification is advantageous, enhancing your clinical expertise

In this role, you will be based at St Vincent Mater Hospital, North Sydney.
