Overview:
• Casual hours with immediate start
• Teaching face to face into Diploma of Nursing
• Based at both the Melbourne CBD and Bundoora campuses but may be required to work and/or be based at other campuses of the University or online.

Casual roles at RMIT involve teaching and supporting students across various disciplines, while adhering to best practices and guidelines. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are passionate about education and eager to share their expertise on a flexible basis.
We are looking for sessional teachers with industry currency and competency to assist teaching into our Diploma of Nursing.
To be successful in this position, you’ll have as a minimum:
• Bachelor of Nursing
• Preferably 5 years of Nursing experience
• Certificate IV in TAE 40116 or 40122
• Current industry experience in our subject offerings
• Passion for education and the teaching profession
• Experience teaching in Vocational Education (preferable)
• The ability to travel to all locations as required
• A valid Victorian Working with Children Check (WWCC)
Please Note: Appointment to this position is subject to passing a Working with Children and National Police Check.
