We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Data & AI Team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful projects, gaining practical experience in a dynamic, data-driven environment within the financial industry. You will play a key role in supporting our team's efforts to enhance operational efficiency and drive business value through data solutions and platform revamps.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Process Analysis Support: Assist in analyzing existing business processes, documenting workflows, and identifying areas for improvement. This may involve gathering information through interviews, workshops, and document review.
  • Data Solution Support: Contribute to research and evaluation of relevant data solutions, compiling information on features, functionalities, and potential benefits. Assist in preparing comparative analyses and presentations.
  • Platform Revamp Support: Work closely to support the implementation of platform revamp projects. This may include assisting with data migration, user training, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data to develop insights and recommendations. Prepare reports and visualizations using reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to communicate findings effectively. Experience with SQL is a plus for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Project Coordination & Administration: Provide project support by assisting with task management, scheduling meetings, tracking progress, and preparing project documentation.
  • Research & Knowledge Building: Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the data & AI space, summarizing findings.
  • Client Interaction Support: Assist in preparing for client meetings and presentations, including developing materials and taking meeting minutes.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal  skills, both written and verbal.   
      Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Experience with SQL is a plus.
    • Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Knowledge: A basic understanding of financial concepts is preferred.
  • Language: Fluency in English is a plus.
