Role type:  Max term contract full time (until April 2026)

Department and location: Renal Ambulatory Care Unit, St Vincent’s Hospital, Darlinghurst 

Salary: $72,152.53 - $101,299.48 + super

About the role 

  • The Renal Ambulatory Care (RAC) unit is made up of acute haemodialysis, satellite dialysis and peritoneal dialysis home training.

  • Supported by a Renal CNC, Renal Transplant CNC, Peritoneal Dialysis, Renal Supportive Care CNC and CNE.

  • Full Time Maternity leave cover for a 12-month period.

  • Caring for inpatients and outpatients with renal failure.

  • One additional day off per month.

 

About you 

  • Experience in renal nursing and haemodialysis.

  • Ability to work independently whilst being supported by the team.

  • Currently registered as a Registered nurse (Division 1) with the Australian Health professionals Regulation Agency.

  • Demonstrated effective time management skills and ability to prioritise competing workloads within a complex environment.

  • Demonstrated evidence of integration of theoretical knowledge and clinical skills, critical thinking and analysis in their daily practice as a registered nurse.

In this role you will be based at St Vincent’s hospital, Darlinghurst.
