Job Description

General Profile: Demonstrates basic level knowledge and skills within own discipline.

Key Responsibilities

•             Generate literature review and product market analysis

•             Implementation of concepts for variety of product issues and electrical solutions.

•             Design or modify electrical/electronic engineering assemblies, layouts/schematics and/or detailed drawings/specifications

•             Analyze and Troubleshoot variety of electrical problems in lab

•             Define, coordinate, perform and generate engineering test reports

•             Perform engineering projects in lab

•             Interaction with suppliers

•             Provide solution to a variety of engineering problems involving Control Panel Design, Cable Harness Design & Cable Routing.

Functional Knowledge

•             Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines.

Problem Solving

•             Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information

Mandatory Skills:

•             Strong Engineering Fundamentals.

•             Clear thinking, Good Communication skills and ability to collaborate with Global teams.

•             Self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Desirable Skill:

•             Exposure and working knowledge of CAD (E3S) and simulation tools(Matlab)

•             Ability and skill to drive Engineering excellence.

•             Passion for developing employee’s skills and ability.

Education:

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering. (Optional - PhD in EE)

Duration: 6 months (April/ May beginning), 2026 passout
