1. Mapping Customer Support End-to-End Value Stream (VSM):
o Document and analyze the CS processes from start to finish.
o Identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and bottlenecks.
o Provide actionable insights for process optimization.
2. Supporting the Development of the Customer Support PowerBI Tool:
o Assist with data gathering, cleansing, and integration into PowerBI.
o Collaborate on the design of dashboards to meet stakeholder needs.
o Test and refine the tool for accuracy and usability.
3. Building Business Databases:
o Create and structure databases for customers, performance metrics, and financial data.
o Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
o Support ongoing database maintenance and updates.
4. Reviewing Customer Support Standard Work:
o Assess existing standard work documents against current practices.
o Identify misalignments and inefficiencies.
o Recommend updates and improvements to streamline operations.
