2025 GSK Intern

Project: External Comms Digital Upskill & Internal Comms Excellence

Scope:

1.    Media strategy (Month 1-12): the candidate is expected to use digital tools for mapping and identifying key stakeholders/ KOLs among top priority projects, in order to support the core team developing diverse media strategy. 
2.    Support internal comms (Month 1-6): the candidate is expected to support organizing F2F employee engagement events and administration around vendor and POs.
3.    Internal comms up-skilling (Month 6-12): based on previous experience/ observation, the candidate is expected to develop creative ideas to boost employee engagement across offline and online comms channels, i.e. Workplace (WorkVivo).  
4.    Event planning and coordination (Month 1-12): Support events like annual UK-Taiwan Forum (with the British Office in Taipei), AIZ report publication ceremony/ press conference, etc. From planning to execution. 

Expected Outcome:

1.    List of external comms digital platforms with cost-benefit and TA analysis.
2.    Bi-weekly update for stakeholder mapping finding, with impactful content that fits the need of the country’s top priority projects.
3.    Internal comms material produced on time, with new story-telling angles and creative ideas.
4.    External event support. With excellence efficiency and accuracy.

• Mandarin and English writing skills in the context of communications/ digital comms.
• Proficiency using the digital content production software.
• Capability to analyze TAs and develop targeted messaging.
• Experience managing social media accounts, working at a web-based media or working with internet KOLs a plus.

Intern Duration : Summer Full time ( 2025/7/1-2025/8/31 ) , Onward weeky for 32 hour till 2026/6/30.
