We are looking for a motivated and driven professional to join our Quality Canada (LOC) Team. In this key role, you'll be responsible for support critical quality compliance activities, ensuring adherence to Health Canada GMP regulations and GSK standards. Your day-to-day will involve reviewing, archiving, trending, and managing essential pharmaceutical manufacturing documents.

As a member of the Quality LOC Canada Team, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for GSK and ViiV's imported and distributed human pharmaceutical and vaccine products across Canada. Your contributions will help maintain our commitment to delivering high-quality, safe, and effective products to the Canadian market.

Responsibilities

  • Review executed batch production records

  • Documentation management

  • Assist with trending reports, tracking performance for QA team

  • Liaise with manufacturing sites to request quality documents and review materials

  • Support quality improvement projects, as well as other special projects and initiatives or tasks

  • Draft and Revise Quality SOPs

  • Draft and revise product specifications in line with registration details for Canada marketed products

  • Perform management monitoring activities

  • Support regulatory or 3rd party audits with document preparation, control room support Manage and support the documentation repository, as required per local procedures, as the Documentation Administrator

Basic Qualifications

  • A recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering 

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong Organizational skills

  • Ability to work within a team as well as independently with minimal direction

  • Ability to follow procedures as written with no deviation

  • Reliable

  • Knowledge of Veeva document system

  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications

Additional Information

  • This position is an 18-month contact (full-time) and is expected to begin in May 2025

  • This is a hybrid role, requiring attendance at our Mississauga office, minimum 2-3 days/week
