Provides occupational health care to CHS employees, non-employees and volunteers. Maintains confidential health records and generates departmental reports in compliance with State, Federal, OSHA, CDC and JCAHO regulations. Comply with AAOHN standards of practice. Assist with new employee physical evaluation program and return to work program.
Minimum Requirements and Education
Requires BSN or ADN.
Current licensure in the State of Wisconsin.
A a minimum of three years occupational health nursing or related experience.
Board certification in occupational health nursing would be desirable.
This position is on-site at the Children's Corporate Center, which is located at 999 N. 92nd St, Wauwatosa, WI 53226.
We are seeking someone who can work 1-2 days/week in a casual capacity. There is flexibility on the days of the week and the hours each day.
This is not a benefits eligible position.
