Job Description
The Employee Health Clinic provides a variety of services to all OU Health employees across the organization. The fast pace requires excellent organizational skills, great communication, and the ability to multitask. The Employee Health Clinic hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30-4:00.
Shift Available: 7:30A - 4:00P (No Weekends or On-Call)

General Description:
Under general supervision, provides nursing assessment and intervention to employees and Healthcare Worker and new candidates to the organization in accordance with established OU Health policies and procedures and in collaboration with other members of the health care team. Maintains awareness of changing regulatory body requirements and facilitates actions for compliance.

- Assumes responsibility for screening and intervention of and to clients to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements are met and maintained.
- Documents patient responses to nursing interventions
- Administers medication and carries out orders established in policies.
- Delivers nursing care efficiently.
- Makes referral regarding patient care needs to appropriate personnel.
- Delegates tasks to support staff.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required. Bachelor of Science (or higher) in Nursing Board Approved Program preferred.
Experience: N/A
License(s)/Certification(s)/Registration(s) Required: Current RN License issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing, or a current multistate compact RN License (eNLC). Current Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association required upon hire.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of professional nursing theory, practices, techniques and procedures. Ability to organize, plan, coordinate and evaluate nursing services and apply nursing techniques. Ability to maintain good working relationships with other employees. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to respond effectively to cultural and language needs of patients and visitors. Some computer skills.
