We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Intern to join our dynamic team for Work Dynamics. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Business Development. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our business growth initiatives and enhancing our market presence.
AS A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT INTERN AT JLL, YOU WILL:
Business Development Support:
- Assist in preparing presentations and proposals for business development opportunities
- Support the team in identifying and qualifying new business leads
- Help coordinate and prepare for client meetings and presentations
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our Indigenous Engagement Plan
Database Management:
- Help establish and maintain a comprehensive Business Development database for Work Dynamics
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness, regularly updating information as needed
- Develop and implement efficient systems for organizing and retrieving client and partner information
Market Research:
- Conduct in-depth research on potential clients and partners
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Prepare summary reports of research findings for the Business Development team
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics or similar field
- Experience in the commercial real estate sector is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Salesforce & MyMonday.com is an asset
