About the Opportunity:
St Vincent’s Private Hospital Northside is located in Chermside approximately 10km’s from the Brisbane CBD.
As a Clinical Nurse – Stomal Therapy/Wound Management you’ll be part of an experienced, engaged and dedicated clinical team helping to create a welcoming, professional and supportive care experience for our patients. This is a permanent part time role 16 hours per week (32 per fortnight),.

Things that work for us:
Completed Graduate Certificate in Stomal Therapy / Wound Management or, working towards completion of the Graduate Certificate
Demonstrate an expert patient-centred consultancy service to a diverse patient population, providing quality care to patients with stomas, wounds & skin integrity issues.
Apply advanced Stomal Therapy and Wound Management knowledge and clinical skills to achieve quality and excellence.
Work autonomously and as part of the team aligning practice with unit, department and corporate business and strategic goals
Assist with the provision of education for staff to maintain currency and proficiency of clinical knowledge within the Specialty.
Collaborate and liaise with multi-disciplinary teams internally and externally to ensure optimal patient outcomes promoting best practice
