Job Description

Primary Objective of Position: 

• Assist in Disease Awareness Campaign execution and evaluation of impact by project management and data analysis.
• Assist in Flu Vx program and tracking

Project: Disease Awareness Campaigns

Scope: The interns will contribute to the successful operational implementation of the Respiratory Disease Awareness Campaigns (DACs) by gaining hands-on experience in omnichannel content creation, vendor communication, and project coordination.

Expected Outcome:

• Support in Content Development: The interns will assist in creating and optimizing engaging, accurate, and compliant content across various platforms (such as social media, websites, and email newsletters) to increase awareness about the targeted diseases.
• Vendor Liaison Support: The interns will collaborate with vendors, helping to ensure clear communication, timely project execution, and smooth collaboration across all channels. They will gain experience in managing external partnerships and maintaining professional relationships.
• Implementation Assistance: The interns will actively participate in the operational aspects of the DACs, ensuring content is aligned with strategic goals, timelines, and GSK quality standards. They will help monitor the execution process and assist in resolving any issues that arise.
• Data and Reporting: The interns will contribute to tracking and reporting on campaign performance, collecting feedback, and supporting the team in analysing results to help improve future initiatives.

By the end of the internship, the interns will have developed a solid understanding of how disease awareness campaigns are operationalized, gained practical experience in content creation, and strengthened their communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.

Project: Flu VX Program and Tracking

Scope: The interns will play a key role in the successful operation of Flu VX order collection and consolidation. They will ensure accurate data recording, coordinate, and communicate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth product release. Additionally, they will generate regular reports on pre-order status and performance, and provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.

• Accurate Pre-Order Management: Streamlined process supporting timely production and delivery.
• Data-Driven Insights: Valuable insights for inventory management and customer satisfaction.
• Improved Performance Tracking: Enhanced efficiency and effectiveness of the pre-order process.
• Effective Coordination: Better communication and alignment among teams.

By the end of the internship, the intern will develop analytical skills for data interpretation. Additionally, the intern will enhance their communication and teamwork abilities through cross-functional collaboration. They will also improve their problem-solving skills by identifying and addressing process issues with critical thinking. Overall, this project will equip the intern with valuable skills for a career in supply chain management, data analysis, and business operations.
