Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with facility and state regulations
• Assess, monitor, and document residents’ conditions and care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal resident care
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare staff
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and safety standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Active RN license in the state of California
• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills and a resident-focused approach
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to different shifts and facility needs
