Job Description

Position Overview:

The Asset Management Intern will work largely on project-based assignment supporting our Asset Management function at the company across the U.S. retail platform working across 120+ regional mall properties. .

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a summer long project consisting of reconciling corporate accounts for a specified portfolio of properties

  • Assist Asset Management team with the preparation of materials for internal key stakeholders in our Legal, Accounting and Property Management teams.

  • Assist with account analysis, reconciliations and reporting of tenant and/or property accounts

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Currently enrolled in College or University with graduation between Dec 2025 & May 2026

  • Self-motivated and proactive, both with respect to managing workload and own professional development

  • Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines

  • Excellent interpersonal, creative, analytical and problem-solving ability

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

  • Highly motivated to succeed in a team environment

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word, as well as Argus/Dyna software highly preferred

Compensation

  • Salary type: Non-Exempt 
  • Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly
  • Hourly Compensation: $22.50
