Job Description
Primary Objective of Position:
Our summer internship program, scheduled for July to August’25, invites a motivated student to participate in a two-month initiative dedicated to explore GP channels for HIV prevention medications and support team to analyze their sales potential and interests. Besides, the chosen intern will leverage their creativity and fresh eyes to assist in crafting engaging digital media content, working closely with our marketing team. This role offers invaluable experience in the pharmaceutical sector, fostering skills in communication, innovation, and teamwork while providing a platform to make a meaningful impact on public health awareness.
Project I
Explore GP channels for self-pay market in HIV prevention (PrEP) to support marketing strategy development and sales potential evaluation.
- Expected Outcome:
(1) Clear understanding of current self-pay market in HIV prevention (PrEP)
(2) Identify high potential GP channels including current PrEP pool and switch interests
(3) Develop cross functional communication skills and familiar with pharma operation
Project II
Craft engaging digital media content to drive HIV disease awareness in market
- Expected Ocutcome:
Well-design story flow for HCP interview on the importance of individualized treatment approach concept Clear understand media operation and analyze digital performance vs tracking KPI
Experience / Knowledge / Technical Skills Required:
- Highly-motivated and demonstrates excellent ability to take initiative, think and work independently and problem-solving.
- Strong oral communication skills, and ability to process cold-calling.
- Analytical skills and passion for healthcare, particularly in HIV therapeutic area
- Creative thinking and a willingness to contribute innovative ideas
- Deadline-driven, self-discipline, and good team player.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and engage with diverse stakeholders
- Prefer to study in biological science and healthcare relative fields.
