Scheduled Weekly Hours:

• Fulfill a salaried role at a 1.0 FTE
• Work your choice of five 8 hour day shifts (0800-1630) or four 10 hour day shifts (variable start/end times as long as you are present 0800-1600)
• No weekends, holidays, or call obligations
• Work closely with an experienced group of three other Patient Representatives, along with four Patient Relations Specialists and two Senior Office Assistants in the Sims Building on our La Crosse Campus
• Patient Representative RNs work with complaints, grievances, and compliments, which includes speaking with our patients and their loved ones, performing chart review, and communication with care team members and leaders
• Collaborate with other departments, including Risk, Legal, Customer Financial Services, Human Resources, Health Information Management, Continuous Readiness

• Annual salary starting at $61,297.60 + more with experience

• Minimum of associate degree in nursing

• RN licensure to practice in the state of Wisconsin upon hire

• Minimum of 3-4 years of RN experience in the hospital or clinic setting. Ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in both an acute and ambulatory setting with management of patient feedback, concerns, and service recovery in a healthcare setting.

• Familiarity with EPIC

• Ability to work autonomously with good time management and organizational skills

• Emotional Intelligence with a collaborative nature

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• EXTERNAL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE PRIOR RN EXPERIENCE AT GUNDERSEN HEALTH SYSETM.
