Job Description

Primary Objective of Position: 

• Support and advance clinical research activities within GMASE.
• Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline to effectively support and drive priority studies and initiatives in 2025, ensuring alignment with GSK's strategic goals and objectives.

Project: Clinical trials conduction in GSK TW

*Ongoing studies & upcoming 4~6 new studies during 2025Q2~2026Q2

Scope: The Clinical Trial Intern project is designed to provide hands-on experience and comprehensive understanding of clinical trial operations. Intern will assist in various activities including trial submission, safety reporting, and materials management, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Intern will also support the maintenance of the electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) and participate in archiving clinical trial documents. Additionally, intern will be involved in study start-up and daily operation activities, gaining practical insights into each phase of the clinical trial process. This aims to equip interns with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively contribute to clinical research initiatives and support priority studies in 2025/2026.

Expected Outcome:

Gain a comprehensive understanding and concepts of clinical research-related activities, processes, and documentation. Learn the acquired knowledge and ability to perform tasks independently or with minimal assistance, contributing effectively to ongoing and future clinical research projects.

Successfully support priority studies in 2025/2026 by leveraging acquired knowledge and skills, ensuring high-quality and timely execution of research activities.

Experience / Knowledge / Technical Skills Required:

College Students from Department of Pharmacy(preferred), or Medical/life science related

Computer skills (Microsoft Office)

Duration : One Year ( 7/1, 2025-6/30, 2026) , (Full time summer and 32hrs per week the rest)
