Patient Care Director / Nurse Manager – RN – Operating Room - Days

In this role, you'll oversee the daily clinical operations of the Operating Room. Seize this opportunity to become a transformational leader via shared governance, on our Magnet journey. Preferred Criteria

• Previous leadership and collaborative experience

• Strong business acumen and communication

• CNOR

• 3 years of RN experience in an Operating Room and/or Perioperative Services

 Required Criteria

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience

• BSN

• Master’s Degree in Nursing or related field if already holds a BSN degree; if currently pursing a Master's degree, must obtain within 1 year of hire

• Current New York State RN license
